A sample from Day 1
Psalm 23:4KJV
“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.”
ReflectionDavid doesn’t promise the valley disappears. The promise is smaller and better: company. “Thou art with me.” Anxiety can cast catastrophe-sized shadows, but a shadow means there is light somewhere behind you. You don’t have to feel brave today. You only have to remember you’re not walking alone.
Today’s practiceName the valley—the one place where you feel most alone right now. Then say, even quietly: “I’m not walking this alone.”
